Boot Camp for Women of All Fitness Levels

The Extreme Fitness Experience Boot Camp for Women is designed
to provide a balanced workout program, based on the three main cornerstones of fitness;
Cardiovascular Training, Resistance Training, and Flexibility Training. The program
incorporates a variety of workouts including circuit training, plyometrics, Pilates-based
training, kickboxing, running/jogging, etc. You will not get bored!

Participation Fees:
$299 (5 days/week)
$199 (3 days/week)
Discount: Bring your friends! Three train and each receives a 30% discount. Two train
and both receive a 20% discount. ATAFMAC students and previous boot-campers
receive $50 off the 5-day program or $25 off the 3-day program.
