Do you want to get into the best shape of your life and have an awesome time doing it? If so our
kickboxing classes are for you. You will burn between 500-1000 calories in a one hour session and wonder why you hadn’t done this class before!
During our Kickboxing class you will experience what we like to call Cardio Kickboxing on steroids! You will get all the benefits of a cardio class, the muscle building of kick boxing and learn self-defense
moves from Krav Maga, kickboxing and other martial arts all in one amazing class!
The best part is that you can wear whatever clothes you are comfortable working out in because there are no uniforms required. You don’t have to have any previous experience since everyone works at their own pace and there is limited physical contact with other students.
Unlike other cardio programs, you will love our programs diversity. We will teach you proper punching and kicking techniques, you will learn actual combinations that could be used in a real fight if attacked. We combine the cardio workout with
a variety of training methods and floor exercises which will give you a well-rounded exercise routine while changing it up enough to keep it fun and interesting.
