Our Teen and Adult program focuses on people age 13 years old and older.
They will learn all they need to know to become a future black belt or expand on their current black belt skills. They will also learn expanded self-defense techniques.
They will learn their full form, pad drills, weapons and one-step sparring. At the camo belt level they will also begin learning how to spar in their classes as well.
